While stopping appian , getting the below message

Have you made any changes to any configurations or settings (either in Appian or in the system, eg the hosts file) since Appian was started? If not, some things to troubleshoot are:
1. Are you using a user with enough privileges?
2. Have any Appian files been modified outside of the environment? (eg automated cleanup scripts etc)
