While stopping appian , getting the below message

I dont recommend killing the processes unless you can perform a checkpoint of the environment first. Additionally:

1. What is the output of executing <Appian Home>\\server\\_bin\\linux64\\k ? (assuming that is the correct architecture for your server)
2. Please verify that the appian-topology.xml is correct in <Appian Home>/ear/suite.ear/conf
3. Verify that the /etc/hosts file does not contain any invalid entries
4. Please attach <Appian Home>\\server\\_scripts\\exports.sh
