Hi Sean, I have checked the data store and have configured it through configure.bat script

all the files mentioned are properly configured according to the document still facing the same issue

Please attach the following (purge any sensitive information from the files):

1) configure.log from <APPIAN_HOME>\\_admin\\_scripts\\configure
2) .configure from <APPIAN_HOME>\\_admin\\_scripts\\configure

Most likely, it looks like the appian-ds.xml has not been deployed in <JBOSS_HOME>\\standalone\\deployments.

and also I have already set the values of conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT=localhost:8080 &
conf.data.primary.datasource=jdbc/AppianPrimaryDS in custom.properties file

Make sure you are checking the files in your repo directory: custom.properties.dev appian-mysql-ds.xml.dev, standalone.xml.dev. Make sure the jndi names all match up.
Redeploy the configurations using configure.bat.

In appian-mysql-de.xml.dev, which xa-datasource-property did you use? Make sure that the server and database names match up.

Also make sure your MySQL database server is running and is listening on the port you specified.

I faced the same issue when migrated one of my server to Appian 7.10.
Follow the below steps:
1.) Open the appian-ds.xml file, delete the jndi name and type again the Jndi name.
2.) Open the custom.properties file, delete the primary datasource name and then type it again same as in appian-ds.xml file .
3.) Delete the appian-ds.xml.deployed or appian-ds.xml.failed file located at <JBOSS_HOME>\\standalone\\deployments.
4.) Re-deploy the suite.ear file by renaming the suite.ear.deployed or suite.ear.failed to suite.ear.dodeploy located at <APPIAN_HOME>\\ear.
5.) Restart the application server(Jboss).
