When trying to install Appian 7.11 on our linux server we are getting the follow

When trying to install Appian 7.11 on our linux server we are getting the following error message post the extraction step. As soon as the installer says installing appian, it gives the error, preventing the installation to proceed.

I re-downloaded the file, and it had the exact same MD5, so i assume everything is correct. It would be handy if Appian provides the hash for the files they upload, right? Anyways, do you know where does appian extract its files prior to starting the installation? When it says extracting...where is it putting the files?
