We were installing Hotfix Package F for Appian 7.9 accroding to the migration guide.The Appian server has been started successfully but when we stopped Engine a error message saying ss.pid file has not been generated,also the build info file is attached and it it's content is different fr

Though it is of 7.9 A similar Issue has been faced in 7.11 in one of the post. please find the below

If you feel like only some of the services are started in like Started 181 of 218 services (66 services are lazy) copied from the server logs... then Please follow this link
