Hi,
We are having 7.10 on-premise application and it was working earlier without any issues. Suddenly application is not accessible in "/design" and "/admin" URL and it throws an error "A server error was encountered while processing your request. Please try again.". "I am able to access /designer" URL. I am not able to see any errors in the logs (application-server.log in Appian, server.log in JBOSS). Please help and Let me know if there is any logs I need to enable to see whats wrong.

Are you accessing it using the host and port as defined in custom.properties? If not, then these pages don't load properly in certain browsers

You must be seeing some exceptions in the application-server.log file and also in the server start log file. Please look into those files.

if it's an issue with the browser, you won't necessarily see anything in server logs. Try a different browser, or clearing cache/cookies, or checking developer tools debugger in browser

It looks like not working only in my company network. May be due to some restrictions. I am checking. Thanks for your inputs.
