Good day,
I am attempting to install a local version of Appian and cnanot get JBOSS to start. The Application Server and Search Server have stated. Please see attach application server log file for details.

Can you please cross check that you are using the correct version of database which is specified in the system requirements?

I am using MySQL 5.7.10 (Community Server (GPL)) with mysql-connector-java-5.1.38

Hi Robert,
Could you please check the Appian engine status? The error suggests that there is a personalization engine which is in FATAL state.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Stop jboss service
2. Stop search-server
3. Stop Appian service
4. Start Appian service and check the engine status, wait till all the engines moves to OKAY state
5. Start search-server and jboss service
Let me know if above steps work.
