Recently, we installed Appian 16.1 on one of our server. We are getting (attached screenshot) "Error 401 - Unauthorized" when we hit submit button with or without entering login details. We have verified all the settings against the Appian documentation. Everything looks correct.
Could anyone point out the places where we need to look to debug this issue further?
Attached a bit of the log file from when we had debugging enabled.

From the machine where you are trying to hit the browser , could you please check the hosts file is the "Cname" ( Server ) details configured
