Hi All, we are working on Appian 6.7
While stoping Appian services I am getting problem with
APP:PD1:process Design[Appian]
Loading pd330.kdb at 2013-06-06

value error
.a.pTPLGY.C.IS_MULTIPLE_GATEWAY_CONFIGURED

When I am checking checkengine.bat -s then i found that
All engines is Okay except Process Design: Fatal* No gateway is active

I checked out below things:
1)Memory is free
2)CPU usage is free
3)After stoping jboss and appian services, i did reboing of system, but having same problem

Check if you have any .l file in your logs directory. Also check the engine logs.
Have you configured multiple gateway servers? i.e have you updated the topology.xml file? If so, make sure all the connectivities are reachable. If you did any migration of data/files/kdb's, check if the configuration is pointing to the right Appian instance.
