Hi All, we are working on Appian 6.7
While stoping Appian services I am getting problem with
APP:PD1:process Design[Appian]
Loading pd330.kdb at 2013-06-06

value error

When I am checking checkengine.bat -s then i found that
All engines is Okay except Process Design: Fatal* No gateway is active

I checked out below things:
1)Memory is free
2)CPU usage is free
3)After stoping jboss and appian services, i did reboing of system, but having same problem

This error suggest this environment wasn't shutdown properly and your engine database file for process design pd330.kdb is incomplete (its generation/checkpoint during the stop procedure was interrupted). To confirm navigate to <APPIAN_HOME>\\server\\process\\design\\gw1 and compare the sizes of pd330.kdb and pd329.kdb there should be an interesting difference if pd330.kdb is incomplete.
