Collaboration Statistics engine giving error and trying to restart several times

I have installed 16.3 into local system by following 'Quick Start Installation' steps. When I start engines everything working fine but when i start Jboss server 'Collaboration Statistics' engine showing status as ERROR and displaying a message like restarted several times. Can anyone help to solve this issue?

Do check : forum.appian.com/.../Quick_Start_Installation_Guide_for_Windows_and_JBoss.html

"If Appian fails to start properly for any reason, verify that these three files exist and do not have the extensions .undeployed, .isdeploying or .failed:

\\<JBOSS_HOME>\\standalone\\deployments\\appian-mysql-ds.xml.deployed
\\<APPIAN_HOME>\\_admin\\_scripts\\configure\ emplates\\ear\\suite.ear.dodeploy
\\<REPO_HOME>\\ear\\suite.ear.dodeploy "
