I have installed 16.3 into local system by following 'Quick Start Installation' steps. When I start engines everything working fine but when i start Jboss server 'Collaboration Statistics' engine showing status as ERROR and displaying a message like restarted several times. Can anyone help to solve this issue?
Thanks in advance.

Do check :
forum.appian.com/.../Quick_Start_Installation_Guide_for_Windows_and_JBoss.html
"If Appian fails to start properly for any reason, verify that these three files exist and do not have the extensions .undeployed, .isdeploying or .failed:
\\<JBOSS_HOME>\\standalone\\deployments\\appian-mysql-ds.xml.deployed
\\<APPIAN_HOME>\\_admin\\_scripts\\configure\ emplates\\ear\\suite.ear.dodeploy
\\<REPO_HOME>\\ear\\suite.ear.dodeploy "

Hi Abhinav,
Thanks for your response. I followed exactly the same steps which are given in Quick start installation guide and also did Checkpoint after starting the engines.
When I start Jboss it is getting started without any issue and I am able to login to design with default credentials. But when I tried to open Designer it is not displaying anything then I checked the status of engines and found the collaboration statistics engine status is ERROR. Also whenever I try to open designer window that engine is trying to start.
Also I am not able to see Admin console at all.

Can you share the console logs when you try to open the designer.
Remember the default Administrator user cannot access the Appian Administration Console.

Hi Sally Mason, I did complete restart but the issue didn't get resolved. As I said previously, until I start application server engines are working fine and displaying status as OKAY. Whenever I start Jboss, Collaboration Statistics engine showing ERROR. Even I completely reinstalled Jboss.

Thanks for confirming - would you be able to attach your server.log for review to help us narrow down the issue?

Thank you @Sally Mason and @Abhinav. The issue is cleared and Appian 16.3 is up and running successfully. The issue is with lack of memory space.

Hi Rajasekhar
I'm not sure but can you try doing ResetAnalytics, because occasionally the data in the two paired engines get out of sync and need to be re-synced.
And restart engines and jboss server.
please refer to this link - docs.appian.com/.../ResetAnalytics_Script.html
Regards
