Collaboration Statistics engine giving error and trying to restart several times

I have installed 16.3 into local system by following 'Quick Start Installation' steps. When I start engines everything working fine but when i start Jboss server 'Collaboration Statistics' engine showing status as ERROR and displaying a message like restarted several times. Can anyone help to solve this issue?

Thanks for confirming - would you be able to attach your server.log for review to help us narrow down the issue?
