JBOSS not starting

Hello, I am starting JBOSS after upgrading from 16.1 to 16.3. Looking at my server log, an error is thrown because WEB-INF/conf/cache/cache-config.xml "cannot be opened because it does not exist". However, this file does exist! Attaching the server log; advice is appreciated!

Check if there is a suite.ear.failed file in <APPIAN_HOME>\\ear\\suite.ear - if there is, stop JBoss, rename the failed file to "suite.ear.dodeploy" then start JBoss again, ref:

There was no suite.ear.failed file there. Confirmed there is a suite.ear.dodeploy file.

Thanks for confirming. Are you using a web server, like Apache or IIS?
If so, during the upgrade, you need to copy the static files across, see

or

Ok, so reviewing the issue, the problem is a missing file, which as you mention is not the case. Next step: clear the JBoss cache to ensure that the correct files for 16.3 are used, see
