JBOSS not starting

Hello, I am starting JBOSS after upgrading from 16.1 to 16.3. Looking at my server log, an error is thrown because WEB-INF/conf/cache/cache-config.xml "cannot be opened because it does not exist". However, this file does exist! Attaching the server log; advice is appreciated!

For anyone still seeing this issue, it is caused by using the web.xml from an old version of Appian in Appian 16.3. To ensure there are no errors, the correct approach is to merge any customized configuration files you have with the base product files for a newer version.
