I have started Appian by start-suite.sh , checked the status using checkengine.s

This is the last line when JBoss finishes start up. Even after this, if you are unable to access designer, recommend you to look into the entire start up log to check if any other error has occurred.

You need to look at the application-server.log and see if there are any ERROR messages.

It has occured again and now when I check the server logs it shows :

The current database id 408 does not match the chains id 409. Attempting to find chain's database.

Switch by rename failed: failure to find latest database writing_n409.kdb: cannot start database.

I should mention it's multiple gateways.

Should I run cleanup. Sh or?
I'm out of ideas. .. plz help
