Community Edition not restarted after request sent 20 February 2023

Hi all

My Community Edition was shut down on 15 February.

I asked for a restart and got the message "We have received your request to restart your environment, but are currently experiencing high request volumes, so fulfillment will be delayed".

I followed up by email yesterday and got the same message.

Is it usual for a request to be delayed by 8 days?
