Hi all
My Community Edition was shut down on 15 February.
I asked for a restart and got the message "We have received your request to restart your environment, but are currently experiencing high request volumes, so fulfillment will be delayed".
I followed up by email yesterday and got the same message.
Is it usual for a request to be delayed by 8 days?

It has been 10 days but new environment hasn't restarted yet. And the Appian edition community team can't tell the further update of my request. Don't know whom to contact other than CommunityEdition@appian.com. It's an oblivion situation.
