I am new to Appian. I have signed up for My Community Edition Site. It's been one week since I Signed up. It is showing messages like " When your environment is available, you will receive an email with your credentials.

Hi Chandra, Have you seen the Spam emails or updates folder. Maximum couple of days you will receive this. Are you using the personal email for request community environment.
I am not using my personal email however I have received the process mining account details and the below mail.
I am also having the same issue where I requested login details about a week ago. I received an email about a delay but I have heard nothing from Appian since then and likewise there are no emails in my spam folder. Not sure how else to proceed with the course without these details I don't understand what the 'Check Status' button is meant to do either as nothing happens when I click it

Exactly. I totally agree. Now I am skeptical. Is this technology no more handling these kind of situations? Because I requested 29 days ago. It didn't start yet. And no proper response from Appian Community Edition except automated message.
Strange, generally Appian support respond fasts.
This is the proof and the "Check Status" button is inoperable.
Refresh currently gives this for me:
"The Appian Community Edition team prioritizes access for learners working towards an Appian Certification, small teams, and prospective customers of Appian.".
How can one be any of the above when you can't get access to a sandbox for evaluation is beyond me.
Update: I emailed this address, academyonline@appian.com, to ask for an ETA and someone from the Appian team got back to me relatively quickly and I was able to get my Community Edition details within a day or two.
