Shubham,
AFAIK , We can't retrieve the deleted appian object.
as a workaround If the deleted object is present in higher environments, then you can import the same from there.
Secondly, if the appian object is a Process model then this KB might help you out:

Hi Shubham Aware,
1) If you delete any object from your application then you cannot retrieve it back. Its a permanent delete.
2) Deleted objects are removed from the system and cannot be restored. Consider checking the dependents of an object before
deleting it, to understand which other objects may be using it.
The Remove from App toolbar option allows you to take objects out of your application and does not delete the object.
Thanks,
Krishna.

Hi Shubham,
Two type of delete the objects.
1) Remove from App: This removes the relationship between the object and the application which means the object will no longer show up in this application's view. The object is not deleted, and can still be found from the objects view of the system. If want need removed object then use "Add Existing" option.
2)Delete:System administrators can delete objects of different types in bulk. When a folder is selected, its contents will also be removed. Basic designer users can only delete data types in bulk. Deleted objects are removed from the system and cannot be restored.

Hi
Shubham Aware
if you are only looking for the information about the deleted objects for the Audit purpose, then you can refer to the deletion logs which will have the details about the deleted objects along with the username who has deleted this object.
If I am not wrong, We have a shared component (log reader) , try using this shared component to read the deletion log by providing it's path.
You need to do some R&D on this.
Hope this helps.
