How to retrieve deleted appian objects?

If i have deleted any appian object how should i retrieve it?
Is there any way to retrive as designer user.

Hi Shubham Aware if you are only looking for the information about the deleted objects for the Audit purpose, then you can refer to the deletion logs which will have the details about the deleted objects along with the username who has deleted this object. 
 
If I am not wrong, We have a shared component (log reader) , try using this shared component to read the deletion log by providing it's path. 
 
You need to do some R&D on this.
