I have an interface that allows users to attach pictures, how do I automatically move these from the Appian folder to a shared drive? We are on Appian Cloud.

Can you clarify exactly what you mean by "shared drive"? Depending on exactly what you're using, there are various plug-ins and/or external integrations that can possibly accomodate your requirements.
