Hii,
I have created a read only gird and added my record. So, now I would like to use record action for multiple rows at a same time.
Eg. I my grid for now I could able to approve only one row at a time , but now I need to approve them Bulk.

Related actions can only work for a single record. If you want to operate on multiple records at once, then it is not a valid use-case of related action. For this, you will have to use process model that triggers on a button or link and pass the multiple data in that process model.
