Your record actions and supporting objects could not be created. Try generating them again or configuring manually.

It can be due to multiple reasons. Simplest solution is try after an hour or two and see if it works, as sometimes on appian server level some activity might hinder the creation. Also, check with some of your peers if they are also facing the same issue. In that case Appian support team can help investigate.
