I am getting this error while trying to create record action. The error is

"Your record actions and supporting objects could not be created. Try generating them again or configuring manually."

It can be due to multiple reasons. Simplest solution is try after an hour or two and see if it works, as sometimes on appian server level some activity might hinder the creation. Also, check with some of your peers if they are also facing the same issue. In that case Appian support team can help investigate. 
 Otherwise check the logs for more details on the error. here is a similar thread for reference.

I would recommend simply sync record manually once and if you have any record actions showing errors or incomplete status delete it.
