We are not able to populate list view of records.
Whenever I am clicking on record under Records tab of Tempo, I am getting the error: "Could Not Retrieve PreQual Sites
An error occurred while retrieving the data for “Customer Details”. (APNX-1-4205-003)". Can anyone please help

Did you take a look at the application server log? Without more details it is just guessing.

yes we are. Record was working before. Not sure why it is broken now. Yeah I will take a look at logs

it was a bad row in database, that was containing ascii values. we deleted it and it worked fine.
