We are not able to populate list view of records.
Whenever I am clicking on record under Records tab of Tempo, I am getting the error: "Could Not Retrieve PreQual Sites
An error occurred while retrieving the data for “Customer Details”. (APNX-1-4205-003)". Can anyone please help

it was a bad row in database, that was containing ascii values. we deleted it and it worked fine.
