Editing the Side Menu on Records

I have a left-side menu on the Records screen that lists out "Sender", "Recipient" etc. Under each one there is a list of countries. I am unable to figure out how to edit that list. Would anyone happen to know how to access the list of values that would display in the left-side menu for Records?

What you were originally looking for is documented here - forum.appian.com/.../Create_a_Record_Type.html - and there's also a pretty detailed records tutorial here: forum.appian.com/.../Records_Tutorial.html

You may also want to make that list of filters dynamic - for example, reading from a table. If so, have a read of this: forum.appian.com/.../Expression-Based_User_Filters.html
