@jasleenk, The way I followed is selecting "View Form" while running a process and then I captured the url which is in the address bar of that particular pop-up window that contains task. Similarly you can capture the url in the apps mode. (like, suppose if you have a report showing tasks list, and if you click a task, you could see an url like "http://:/suite/process/getTaskDetails.simplepopup?taskId=&appian_environment=apps" in the address bar of the pop-up window which has task).
