i forgot to include one more slide and i got the bellow error too..

Check the word file. You are using the list after closing it
Please use one root element in the xml.
Like <students><student>student 1 details </student> <student> student 2 details</student> </students>
And use similar in the document.

It will tell you whether the XML is well formed or not, and can be a world faster to debug than trying inside Appian. Most problems go away as soon as the XML is well formed, and based on the wording of your error I'm confident that's what is going on.
