How Appian application can fetch and read files for every two minutes from an another system file path?

There is a plugin available in App Market, using which you can send/receive file over network. Here is the link: 
 
 community.appian.com/.../sftp-smart-services 
 
Then create a process model in appian and schedule it to run every 2 mins
