How to change the the hyperlink of task navigation in automatic emails we receive upon task assigned to group or individual? And How to disable these automatic emails?

How to change the hyperlink source for the below email which we automatically get a new task is assigned to us or to a group we are a member of.

The below link is always routing to tempo tasks instead of the tasks page i have created in the site (similar to tempo tasks with list of tasks).

Currently the Hyperlink is: https://xxxxxxxxxx/suite/tempo/tasks/task/536874514

Need to change to: https://xxxxxxxxxx/suite/sites/radar-cms/page/tasks/task/536874514

Please advise how can we change? If not possible then how do i stop this automatic emails from being sent, so that atleast i can use my own email template with links we need.

  • A possible workaround is to unflag the checkbox under the assignement tab of user input task that specify that an email will be sent to assignees and to create a send-email node just before the user input task with an html template that specify the correct link.

If you need to send this emal for every input task I suggest to create a general parameter/subprocess so taht you can just add this before every input task
  • This helps. Will try now. Thank You Marco

Please advise on how to get the newly created Task number to use for hyperlink in the custom email template?

By the way, in the same assignment tab, what does the below option mean?

"When executing more than once, there should be one-to-one assignment of task instances to assignees"

Is something that I think is only applied to MNI of a user input task.

For example think to have a UI that wil be exceuted 4 times using MNI, if this UI is assigned to a group with 4 different users, the first instance will be assigned to the first user of that group, the second one to the second user, etc..

I have never had a use case like the one described, so it must be tested better, for example what happen if you have a single instance of that form, but in the process model due to a condition you will return to that form? I have no idea of what will happen in this case
