How to change the the hyperlink of task navigation in automatic emails we receive upon task assigned to group or individual? And How to disable these automatic emails?

A possible workaround is to unflag the checkbox under the assignement tab of user input task that specify that an email will be sent to assignees and to create a send-email node just before the user input task with an html template that specify the correct link.

If you need to send this emal for every input task I suggest to create a general parameter/subprocess so taht you can just add this before every input task

Is something that I think is only applied to MNI of a user input task.

For example think to have a UI that wil be exceuted 4 times using MNI, if this UI is assigned to a group with 4 different users, the first instance will be assigned to the first user of that group, the second one to the second user, etc..

I have never had a use case like the one described, so it must be tested better, for example what happen if you have a single instance of that form, but in the process model due to a condition you will return to that form? I have no idea of what will happen in this case

MNI is multiple node instance. To get the task id you have to

1- create a task report by process model

2- modify the task report adding two field, process id and task id

3-insert on the process model the node "execute process report"

4-insert on the process model a script task to save the process id

5-configure the execute process report" to filter on process id (see attached image)

6-put a timer with a delay of some second just before the user input task (sse attached image)

7-save as output of the execute process report" the task id (see the attached image)
