I had a very good A-Score on my profile which was sponsored by my organization. Now I am changing to other organization and wanted to transfer my A-score. I started aa A-Score support case via my account, but my organization was notified about it and disabled my account. Please help me what I can do here.

Please refer to this KB article. It should answer your question.
Once you joined in new organisation they will create a new Appian forum account for you, then you can send an email from your new company's email id to Appian support (support@appian.com) to transfer your old A-Score to new account. You can mention following details in your email while sending to Appian support.
Existing Forum ID ==> XXXXXXXX
Email ID ==> abc@xyz.com
New forum ID ==> XXXXXXXX
