We have been told of a new record and report feature in version 7.3 that allows us to pull the information directly from database or web service rather than through process instance. The question is what would be the best strategy to migrate our existing reports that are currently set based on the data on the process instances to fit into the new record based? we are currently running version 6.6.1 and looking to upgrade to 7.3. What are the general steps involved in managing this conversion? Is there any tool available to convert the process report to become record based? Thx for the suggestions beforehand....
