Hi All,
We are trying to use Custom Sender Email option in Send Email Smart Service.
One of the sys admin user can see the additional parameters of 'Sender Display Name' and 'Sender Email Id' in the process model but the same fields are not visible to another sys admin user.
Is there any configuration or setting that needs to be enabled to make it appear for each sys admin user.

Apologies it is 'Custom Sender' and not 'Customer Sender'. Any suggestions?
Creating a custom email sender directly in the node is new as of Appian 18.4 (https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/18.4/Send_Email_Smart_Service.html). In the "From" field in the node, you can select "Custom Sender" and define those details.
Any email nodes created before 18.4, do not have that option and will continue to not have that option. You will have to drag a new node into the process model to get it.
Is it possible that one user is viewing a new Send Email node and the other is viewing an old Send Email node?
The issue was with the browser being used. IE was not displaying the additional parameters on selection of custom sender whereas Chrome does:(
What version of IE and does clearing the cache (F10 --> Tools --> Delete Browsing History) resolve it?
