Hi All,
We are trying to use Custom Sender Email option in Send Email Smart Service.
One of the sys admin user can see the additional parameters of 'Sender Display Name' and 'Sender Email Id' in the process model but the same fields are not visible to another sys admin user.
Is there any configuration or setting that needs to be enabled to make it appear for each sys admin user.

Apologies it is 'Custom Sender' and not 'Customer Sender'. Any suggestions?
