I have a single user that is trying to access Appian and is pulling up a blank page. I have cleared her cache, and validated that Javascript is enabled. Is there something else that I can do? I have singled this to her PC only because it she was able to use Appian on another PC. WE are currently using Appian 7.2 with SSO turned on.
Thanks!...

What browser version is she using? Is the Appian site blocked on the browser security settings?

Another suggestion is to execute the following command:
<APPIAN_HOME>\\server\\_scripts\\diagnostic\\checkengine -u
and see if her username is reported in the list of missing users in any of the engines.

Does it matter that she can login in from a different computer without issues? I will run that command later tonight or tomorrow morning.

Where did you check JavaScript is enabled? Can you provide the detailed steps you followed? The symptoms you describe are common when using SSO and JS is disabled as you already thought.

Open IE, go to Tools, the Internet Options, Security Tab, then Scripting and validate Active scripting was enabled.

This is what I've used to solve the problem in the past:
1. Tools
2. Internet Options
3. Security
4. Custom level
5. Scripting - Active Scripting - Enable (see screenshot:
forum.appian.com/.../113580)
This behavior occurs (IF checkengine -u DOESN'T report any issues with this account) if the computer has JavaScript disabled on Internet Explorer. When this happens Appian shows the following warning on the login page:
"Please enable JavaScript before loggingin!"
but given you have SSO you don't see this warning but just the interface impacted by this misconfiguration.

Those are the steps I filled from a previous post. I will have my server admin run that command in the morning to see what happens. Should we do it after she attempts to login?

1. That can be done at any moment. No need for her to try to login.
2. And are you sure she has privileges to enable this setting in the computer?

3. Did you try the "Reset Advanced Options" button on IE as well?
4. Has she tried Firefox on her same computer?
