I have a single user that is trying to access Appian and is pulling up a blank page. I have cleared her cache, and validated that Javascript is enabled. Is there something else that I can do? I have singled this to her PC only because it she was able to use Appian on another PC. WE are currently using Appian 7.2 with SSO turned on.
Thanks!...

2. Yes, she has privileges to change settings in IE.
3. No, instead she ran an IE utility,
go.microsoft.com/
, to correct those settings and any DLLs.
4. No, I thought of it but we restrain from doing that too much because a lot of our applications can only be ran in IE. I will have her try if she has it.

1. Server admin ran command and nothing came back.
3. Reset and a blank page.
4. She only has IE installed.

Could you have her install Firefox or Chrome and test it? It'll help figure out if it's strictly an IE issue or not.

There's another thing you can try. This is mostly a solution when using 7.3 but doesn't hurt to see if you have tried it and to try it again:
Delete the browser COOKIES (not only the temporary files but the cookies)
1. Tools
2. Delete browsing history
*** 3. Cookies and web site data

I will forward that to our Desktop Services team. I tried to do an online meeting with her, but she could not get on. I gave them the steps I have done and the steps you provided. I believe your are correct with the JavaScript settings. Without me accessing her computer I can't say.

#Authentication Curious if you had an answer. I am getting the same issue. Some users are fine, and some are getting a blank page.

What version are you using? For that user we upgraded her IE, but I do know of other cases we had an issue with the Google Chrome plugin due to other applications on their computer.

Besides verifying the version of IE as suggested above, can you also confirm if your users see the login page? or is your environment configured to skip the login page and login them automatically?

Using IE 8, but get same behavior for IE 10, Chome, Opera, and Firefox. I have Active Scripting enabled as well on IE 8. Yes we skip login page, using some SSO override xml files (spring-security-03-auth-mgr-override.xml and \\spring-security-07-portal-override.xml) Basically that is all I know about it though. We just upgraded to 7.2 (yeah I know go to a later version, that will happen later I promise) :)
One thing I

One thing I noticed was that the person I saw this working for in SSO, she had some sort of query string. So instead of going to http:\\\\myserver:8080\\suite\\apps she would have some sort of query string after apps. Is there some querystring perhaps we can try to get to the start page of the portal? (not interested in tempo at this time)
