I have a single user that is trying to access Appian and is pulling up a blank p

I have a single user that is trying to access Appian and is pulling up a blank page. I have cleared her cache, and validated that Javascript is enabled. Is there something else that I can do? I have singled this to her PC only because it she was able to use Appian on another PC. WE are currently using Appian 7.2 with SSO turned on.

    If you have a keytab file or on a Windows server it is the authentication methods set to create your keytab or what is in the krb5.ini file. I would check all settings.

    More I think about it, the is a query string but it is the user authentication response back first before you get to a page in Appian. It's hard for me to show that since I'm not a computer.
