Hi.

Is it possible to create reports directly accessing DB without having to create a process model?.

Which version are you in? I think in version 7 you can use tempo reports to show data from relational databases through the use of records. As for portal reports, I am not sure as we are still using version 6.6.1. Based on the documentation on portal report for 7.3 ( forum.appian.com/.../Portal_Reports), I think it still only supports Appian instances such as process models, process instances, and tasks. Appian maybe able to confirm on this.
