-out of curiosity, why are you not using tempo enabled forms and achieving similar feature (such as tab) via activity chaining instead? By making the form non-tempo based, you are likely going to create more work when the customer wishes to make their platform fully mobile compliant. I'd recommend you revisit your requirement.
