I am trying to send email to my process model using this syntax processmodelUUID@subdomain.appiancloud.com but it bounce back to me showing not able to deliver. Whether this means Anonymous user is not enabled?
I have done all preliminary steps as shown in Appian Academy as to set process model to public and create new expression to map to process variable also

Are you on-premise? You can set up the anonymous user by adding a property in custom.properties. Check here for more information.

Oh if you're on cloud then the Anonymous user should already be enabled: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/latest/Sending_an_Email_Message_to_a_Process.html#cloud
Have you published your process model? Also, do you know if your email is configured using the default email handler or if you are using your own mail server? There is a common issue when using your own mail server that is defined here: https://community.appian.com/support/w/kb/654/kb-1394-emails-are-not-sent-to-appian-cloud-because-of-cname-expansion

Ah I think I see the issue. It looks like you only put in the Process Model UUID, but you actually have to specify both the UUID and the object type you are using. Using the example you provided, here's what you should use as your email address:
processmodeluuid0002e37d-7c90-8000-f92f-7f0000014e7a@tcstemp.appiancloud.com

I don't believe we have specific walk-throughs with Outlook, but it should be the same with any server.
