Users that are following the admin should be able to see their post as well.

does it mean that everyone should follow someone to be able to see that person's posts?
does it mean that even Administrator can't see other users posts?

Normally you (basic user) only see posts for users you follow, feeds to which you subscribe, and where you are a named targeted participant. You can still get to users you do not follow and feeds you do not subscribe to if you use the search. Type an asterisk * in the search box to see all that you are entitled to see. A system admin user has the same options; the difference is they are entitled to see all when they search *.

But, is there a way around so that the user can see the entitled contents without searching *?

Typically, users want to limit what they see, so their All filter is "All" that they want to see, and the * search is everything the systems allows them to see. Typically, when the user wishes to find something specific, they can search by keyword, and the system shows matches regardless of subscriptions and participating.

can we change it back like the older versions it used to be? so that a post entry can be viewed by anyone?
