Hi,
I have the following problem:
if Administrator/User posts a new post (not Message), only the User who posted the post can see it, not even Administrator can see the posted post. [in earlier versions a post could be seen by other users].
so everyone can see their own post only? any ideas?

Typically, users want to limit what they see, so their All filter is "All" that they want to see, and the * search is everything the systems allows them to see. Typically, when the user wishes to find something specific, they can search by keyword, and the system shows matches regardless of subscriptions and participating.
