I am using "Get remote directory contents Over SFTP" service. and it it works good for one file.
But when there are multiple files in source folder, it doesn't work. It just shows the semicolon separated names of files in destination folder and thers no actual file.

Here is what we have implemented
1. Appian is the destination which is receiving files from another application using SFTP.
2. Appian public key has been installed on that (source file application) sever.
We are not actually using any SFTP server here.

well 'Get remote directory contents Over SFTP' will give you only file names and using those file names in process model, you should be able to get actual files using 'receive file over SFTP' service.
