Carlos Santander yes. PV is defined as multiple.

I can see the semicolon separated filenames in my destinaltion folder (knowledge center) but I am unable to download the file.

It looks like there's a bug somewhere. A proposed path forward is:

1. Try connecting to a different SFTP server -- if the error still happens, that would indicate a bug in the Appian node
2. Try connecting to the same SFTP server from a different SFTP client -- if the error still happens, that would indicate a bug in the SFTP server
3. If the error doesn't happen in either scenario, then there's some sort of incompatibility between the Appian node and the SFTP server you're using

Here is what we have implemented

1. Appian is the destination which is receiving files from another application using SFTP.

2. Appian public key has been installed on that (source file application) sever.

We are not actually using any SFTP server here.

well 'Get remote directory contents Over SFTP' will give you only file names and using those file names in process model, you should be able to get actual files using 'receive file over SFTP' service.

AFAIK the original issue described here was a few different errors on the OP's end during development - at some point they transformed the array of remote filenames in the path into a single string, and then attempted to use that to receive the sFTP file (i assume).

This should be very easy to sidestep as long as values are handled correctly.  i.e., the list of remote directory filenames should be treated as an array.  Anyone used to working with Appian variables should be able to do this fairly easily.  I implemented an sFTP transfer system using the plug-in just a few weeks ago and had no particular issues with any of this - if you're having some specific problem, you need to post your details (what you've tried, what happened different from what you were expecting, etc).
