greetings,
I'm receiving the following error message:"You have exceeded the maximum number of characters allowed for the message body (1000 characters)".
thing is, this error is occuring in the client enviroment (on premise) while we never received it in our development enviroment( cloud).
i've seen in the community, that using an html template may get rid of this problem, but i have nearly 100 send email smart services, so i'll like to know if changing the properties file would be a posibility and which lines i'll have to change.
