I am using "Create User" Smart Service to create new user account in the process model. Appian automatically sends the email notification for the user. I want the line "This message has been sent by Appian" to be removed or hidden in the email message. How can I achieve this? Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

One option would be to initially create the User Account with a fictitious email address (e.g. fake@yourcompany.com). This would mean they wouldn't receive the autogenerated email. You could then modify their new account to add their correct email address (for future use) and also send them a custom email using the 'Send Email' smart service, for which you can create any content that you like.
