What is your current setup? On-Prem? Cloud? Do you have the correct Admin configuration if in Cloud? Configured SMTP if On-Prem?
My setup is cloud, I have correct Admin configured.
I have requirement where i have to create a ticket filling a form and post submission a email has to trigger to user/Groups.
Please give me detailed steps to get above requirement done.
Can you post your form SAIL code ? How are you triggering the above process model ? Any error message you getting ?

Deepak Shinde, what happens when you run the process model? Does it fail at the Send Email Smart Service?
Are you using the toemailrecipient function in the To: section of the configuration

1. does this user have correct email address in appian account?
2. did you enable sending emails in admin console?
Yes, after enabling sending emails in admin console, able to send emails.
when i selected from: process Model To: abc@org.com then i got a test mail sent to my office id.
