As the community is growing, do we have a site or a placeholder where we can see the number of associate developers, senior developers or lead developers we have have in our community and may be we can get a list of them.
Which would enable us to reach out to them as per the expertise required for the upcoming projects.
Discussion posts and replies are publicly visible
AFAIK this is availably to Appian clients
Talking about a growing community, something that in my opinion would be enrich a lot the interactions withing the users of the community is a Blog area, where the users would be free to publish their solutions, case study or innovation ideas.
Others big companies already have it as part of their community and one great example is the SAP SCN Blogs, that is a very popular are in the SAP community.
I know that this comment is not related to the original question, but it is something that I personally would look forward to have.
Just food for thoughts,

Is it ? do they have an exclusive portal where they can check ?
I think this something that Appian uses to support clients when staffing projects. I think there is no "portal".
Hi thanks for your input! We are actively looking into creating a community blog area for our users to publish their own content. We'll like to reach out to you to get your thoughts and perspective on this and will send you an email. Thanks!
Alok Patro - Thanks for the question. Currently we don't have functionality to browse members (or certified developers) and provide their contact information due to privacy reasons. As our community grows we are looking at features to add and would like to better understand your use-case. We'll connect with you offline to discuss.
Sanchita Gupta - Thanks a lot for the info. But, if we can have the numbers somewhere that would be something motivating.
Looking forward to connect with you offline.
